Who am I?
Under this mask I wear,
does anyone know who I am?
Can anyone see the true me?
Do I even know who I am anymore,
with as little as this mask comes off?
Is there anyone else,
In this same boat?
Who else doesn’t know who they are?
I think there’s many of us,
But
Who am I?

Here’s one of my latest pieces along with a poem, It’s pastel and pencil. My eyes are better than they used to be, these are kind of smeared by the pastel. I’m not too experienced with pastel yet, still experimenting with it. I also don’t write much poetry so thoughts?
